I had a chat with india. It was a total loss customer and the car sat at an approved CCC shop for three weeks and the shop completed all the app work (they dont talk to anyone in cliams in this new system) . I know becuase I called the shop and asked all the names of claims people in the notes. Five were in india and one was in us. During the chat when I asked why the car was sitting when the shop did everything already and were waiting on allstate they answered (Im not making this up) Thank you sir the car will be repair completed by tomorrow.
Oh you can tell. They sound like cavemen even when they type. Not fooling anyone here.
To the last post. It's true. Only like 20% are American and 80% foreign. You can't tell which one you get because they all use american names
As an LSP with a large long term agency we are not even bothering anymore. You can tell even on chat that these are foreigners on a script with their broken English typing. I'd hate to see it on an actual phone. Our insureds say customer service is no better. And everytime we contact claims they say they are in India and the claims experience shows that. And thre savage names on the tech chats show they aren't even trying to hide their outsourcing. Is there any area that hasn't been outsourced yet in this company?
Level of shortages in all areas presses the company to move faster to India and vendors. These shortages keep going on as calls are leaving our shores. It’s a Monday. As management would say, it was a one off. Tomorrow could be a 45 minute hold. You need to figure out your own problems and stop calling them. Do it yourself we are a digital data driven company. Got to the portal and chat.
