Has anyone heard wether we are getting a raise or not and how much??? No one has mentioned anything and we knew in February of last year we were all getting the same raise.

belk is in serious trouble.
The last two years our 2% raise was effective last week on 3/19/21 and then 3/20/22. I mean 2% would be bettter than 0. Wonder if we are not getting one now.
