The only sports I will watch. WFM should take notes: It's about competition. It's about performing and working together. It's about putting the best team together to win. With no excuse. What you don't see is. Backstabbing. Manipulation. Poor performance. Blaming others. People checking emails, and micromanaging each other. Oh my favorite "I can't lift that." And why not? Those aren't successful traits to build any team on.

please dont take this job seriously. its a grocery store. dont wear yourself out in an enviroment like this because you will literally only be hurting yourself and wasting time. this company is where hard workers go to die. ive seen so many kids go in trying to work hard and do it right and they get ground to dust, but at least they are smart enough to leave after a few months. unless you are going for STL you are wasting your time. and thats the truff'
Hard to have a team when a lot of people don't even bother showing up to work. Those who do show up have to take on the additional work. But then of course that helps with the payroll cost.
Agreed on March Madness. It's high action, quick and fun to watch.
"I can't lift that." Hoping you work at Sam's or Costco because if I heard someone say that metaphorically, I'd definitely be tempted to punch them in the face.
