Not at all a prank, the SEC ( Securities Exchange Commission) was notified via an 8K Report of significant modifications to executives compensation packages in case of buyout of the company by an external business group. Just that facts of the matter.

Equity research firm Gordon Haskett reported an 8k report was filed late Friday March 21, sweetening and securing executive compensation and protections of compensation of CEO, COO and others in event of takeover by outside entity. Yep , here comes the potential F-U employee!!!!!
