It’s probably too late, but you need to put on your big boy pants and fire Leo. I know he scares you. He scares everyone. He cannot harm you. You are the only one who can do this. He has decimated Technology. COSMIC is already failing and there’s 3 months till its replacement (if you believe that). He has lied to you about Wave. Everything is NOT ok

I couldn’t even watch Sauls AMA on my wave session because the video kept freezing. Wave is a disaster.

Maybe Leo was hired because of his rough edges, perfect fall guy who isn't afraid to be shelled. No idea if he is making any decisions, has a garbage mentality, a resume in the messiness.
Think about it, no one would take Leo's position knowing what they are being hired to do. It's the worst time to take a job here, so if you do go for it, some desperation on Leo's side or again, upper mgmt only wanted Leo's b.s. personality.
Leo runs Technology and unfortunately has brought destruction to Wells Technology. Many of the executives in tech came from JP morgan when JP laid off thousands within there tech divisions.
