There are fewer and fewer workers who still believe this company has any positive sides. Lousy treatment of employees, lousy products, lousy benefits, and constant layoffs are just some of the things that have become the norm in the last ten years or so. Sad days for a once great company.

Layoffs and outsourcing the best tools in Xerox management’s work box
Usually when you sell to foreign entities the product suffers, this might be one of the very few times when it would become better. Less useless management structures, less dabbling in AI and AR , carbon neutral wizardry, ect.
Simply manufacture and market to customers who need to make copies and service in a timely manner.
Ungghhh.....yeah....

Double Duh!
It's not like this everywhere else. I left as a CSR to a company that actually pays for 100% of my travel time, free use of a take home vehicle, no bullsh-t metrics and useless team meetings. I'm not fighting for parts, no stupid 07 returns. I'm expect to make my customers happy, not hit some useless metric.
