With MP leaving, and the other more recent departures, is it just their contracts ending or something more?

How many millions is he walking away with?
Did they finally figure out that he was dead weight?
MP was DM’s little buddy but even nepotism only gets you so far with PZ. Once he thinks your hurting the chance of him getting his (almost embezzlement) 200% STI, you’re on the chopping block.
Regarding the other ELT departures, they aren’t part of the “club” with DM and CF so they knew they’d be better off elsewhere (/anywhere).
If you aren’t looking for a job somewhere else right now you’re exactly where you need to be.
