Looks like you were right. Corning over-extended with expansions into the Carolinas and Arizona. Rather than cutting top heavy management, they cut the rank and file. Not a very good PR move. Word gets around. No one wants to work for Corning now as lay-offs are as common as changing your socks. Not a company worth anyone's time or energy in 2023 and beyond
Any more info on which divisions gonna be impacted?
Heard there will be layoffs this week or next week and that they will impact all divisions.
