Some things you should know about your employees:
- many of your remote workers brag about only working a few hours per day
- many of these workers are….senior leaders who are bonus eligible
- your onboarding program is absolute trash and it’s widely known….many of the issues involve your remote worker setup
- this comes from someone who worked for you for 16 years and has been with two other carriers and has a ton of contacts all over your company.
- from a strategy standpoint as well as a sales and claims standpoint, very few believe there’s a relevant strategy in place UNLESS it’s aimed at some sort of sale.
