Some do and some do not advise voluntarily retirement. What are your pro and con arguments?

Yup … am sure Elevance would love it if associates that are eligible for retirement voluntary retires. That will save the company paying their severance which they have earned.
Pro is you can go somewhere else to work get a $40,000 per annum salary increase and
Qualify for a second pension.
