Looks like LDU adjusters will now be on a team level. They haven’t announced this to us but I have seen info on our All connect starting 4/17 for a pilot.
We will no longer own our claims. Not sure how this will help with employee retention.

No ownership means no accountability, which equals poor work quality.
Since 2020 they have for the most part quietly cut their U.S. based corporate employee footprint by over 9000 employees or just about 1/4 total. And that is including those that got lifted by force to the foreign vendors since those folks are no longer Allstate employees. Expect another similar number in the next 2-3 years.
What are the exact number of Allstate USA employees abd wgarvis the number of Allstate India employees? Allstate embraced remote work 3 days after the pandemic because they care sooo much about the employees so what are the numbers?

The overwhelming inbound calls is what makes Allstate the worst carrier to work for.
You’ll spend most of your time on someone else’s file, yet expected to maintain KPI on your files.
Clown show management that would never get management/supervisor roles in any other company.
