I'm trying to figure out if it's just my anxiety or if the manager is really sending signals that I'm not needed here anymore.
In any case, I've started looking for a new job.
Anyone else bothered by that feeling of being unwanted here?

When I saw gaps in our department and made suggestions on how to improve things, it was crickets from my manager. It’s like they don’t want to improve processes and just keep the status quo. Thinking it’s time to move on.
I have felt the same way. Hardly any work being assigned to me and it’s making me so nervous
Its obvious that more cuts are on the way.
I feel the very same way.
My feeling is they just can't get rid of all of us at the same time or the will rattle the share price.
I feel the safe way. One day it's Ra Ra Dell Family, and the next it's what else can we put on your plate this week.
