Just thought to tell you directly you'll be hearing alot of going for growth stories this quarter.

I've told my minions to spin we have gone through the transformation journey and finally reached the growth phase. The d-mb arces believe me.

He-l there's going to be no growth but everyone hopes/believes it will happen so I've got them hooked up.

The importance of the timing is so I can get my $10million raise and something for Mary. Cost of living has gone up for us.

Once I get that, all will suddenly go slow and I won't be in a position to give you your raises. Ha ha another year where I take your raises again.

If I was confident of growth I would announce your raises now.

It's Mary here Mikes right hand woman. I have done a lot for Mike than just sending 2 emails this year.

I have good news, we are now confident of growth, therefore we're are announcing a 8% raise to be paid in August.

This is in addition to the -8% bonus you will also recieve in August.

So your total pay packet will effectively go up by 0%,

or -16% over the last 2 years if you take inflation into account.

Meanwhile the money will be used to line our pockets.

Hi Gang

Kenny Sharp CFO has asked for more pay, I gave him more than 50% raise last year from $3MILLION to nearly $7 million.

Bit of a cheeky b I think. I mean his not achieved much, we're still shrinking. The more I give him his asking for more.

Same with we node Bagal, asking for more. Both of them complaing about cost of living but they aren't delivering anything.

I need the money for myself, and I think Mary is more deserving she has sent out 2 emails this year. She's had to open up her laptop and type them up herself. Think of all the hard work and effort she has put it.

I don't know what the world is coming to people asking for cost of living raises and then when I take thier pay for my needs they are leaving the company, there's no loyalty these days.

I'm feeling your pain on the pay, with the share price sliding it means I will have to award myself even more shares. Price was mid $30's when I took over 4 years ago, but down to around $22 now, wonder why, I blame it on the markets have been crashing for 4 years.

I thought I had them analysts playing out of my hands, don't know what I'm doing wrong but Wall Street doesn't seem to believe in my playbook anymore.

Haha do you remember I even did that story from my playbook telling you that I would look into free shares for you lot, strung you along for a good period and then told you not possible, shares only for me, and the gang.

Anyway I will get round my share value one way I another, more buybacks will be announced from your pay might even stretch it to $2billion this time, to prop up the price so I end up winning in the long run.

Does anybody remember Mike's bed time playbook stories, if DXC was resonating in the market where's the increased turnover?, and if people are first where's the pay?

In 2019 he said

“We are executing a people-first strategy, attracting and retaining talent is fundamental to enable our growth,” said Salvino during the earnings call. “Our refreshed leadership team has deep industry experience and is delivering. What the team is finding is that the new DXC story is resonating in the market and new hires are wanting to join DXC, because they see the opportunity to progress their careers with a company that‘s on the right trajectory.”

“simplify management layers” in an effort to respond quicker to customer needs.

Mike you've never been been able to grow this company in 4 years.

It doesn't take that long to grow a company so we know the managers are just talking the Mike playbook chapter 4, "a dream".

People know it's just for your pay.

The normal employees all know that you don't tell the the truth, you promised merit increases in your first year and then lied. In the meantime your pay has been rising 50% every year.

You make alot of promises but don't deliver on them, so this is just another one.
