It sure sounds like jumping the ship before it sinks would be a good idea here. Every month, they are selling off more of the company which never a good sign! Lumen was a good concept with horrible management, and it shows!

The mindless mickey mouse stuff is a major reason the entire company is destined for bankruptcy.
Ill let them pull the trigger on me. And its not a matter of if, its a matter of when. And when it happens it will be for stupid metrics or some other mindless "Mickey Mouse" procedure I'm not following to the letter. And when the day of reckoning happens and they say I'm done-I will laugh my tail off and say Its all YOUR LOSS!!
Every day I have less and less confidence in this place. They can give me a package.
What these mega mergers create over time is a company so dysfunctional and bogged down in OLD things and cryptic acronyms that the only ones that can save it are the original experts. Experts who are almost entirely long gone at this point. Find a new job. Yes, they may have problems also. But what you don't know can make you very happy. Knowing about all the problems at a company can make you understand how hopeless it really is. New woke leadership with a track record of short timing can not and will not fix this place. Even if they were the best management ever. This place needs the auction block and then someone with deep pockets to rebuild the network from the good parts only and with no customers to worry about. They won't need the existing employees, just the valuable assets.
Not my post, I've found it on a Broomfield Campus sale thread, but I couldn't agree more.
