Any layoffs taking place in March would have happened by now or at least we'd have some official announcement about it. I'm betting you nothing will happen before April. The only thing they might do in the next two weeks is let us know it's coming. This is just my opinion, of course.

They have already said it's coming. It makes since to do it this month because April is the start of a new financial quarter and year. They probably want the layoff cost ( severance, etc) to be realized with the gains of the L3 sale. Imagine you have two stocks X and Y. Your are up on X but down on Y. It would be really d-mb to sell X and Y in two different years.
