It's hard to be proud to work for a company/leaders that you do not trust.
I can name several reasons not to trust this company and it's leaders but, the lack of transparency is the proof enough that something is not right and not to trust this company and the so called "leaders"!

Yup! When they brought in the “Kmart hacks” to the home office that was the ‘beginning of the end’.
I lost trust in Follett leadership when president T.C. and his team were replaced by Kmart hacks. How does a group of executives instill credibility when Kmart ‘pig sty’ stores are going out of business?
They are not leaders. They are a group of private investors what want to make money off their investment. The are soulless people who bought Follett with the goal of making themselves richer not giving you a career that you are proud of and can support your families.
