Why are some people's background checks going back 30,40 years, checking backgrounds in states people have never lived in. Why in the world does someone's background from 30 years ago have anything to do with anything. I get going back 7-10 yrs. 30 years is bill#$*# UAG!

They've gone back at least 15 years on me, still waiting now for a response for a misdemeanor.
