In a climate where multiple companies and sectors are now doing layoffs I return to my comment here “not sure how they can avoid it” … and here we are insert RTO, insert quiet managing or managing individuals out. I suppose some companies have integrity to call it a layoff. Yeah everything is fine though people leaving tenured employees ghosting. Tenured staff being targeted for performance coaching but everything is fine, HCSC just acquired Cigna’s Medicare business there couldn’t possibly have other things to hide. LOL
Yes, some former employee wanting to stir up trouble. There is no indication of pending layoffs anywhere. Chill. This question reappears all the time. Why?
It's coming from outside the company. There is always someone asking for a layoff update.

Has anyone heard if the layoffs would be across the board or focused on a particular area? Any additional details anyone has heard would be appreciated.
The BOD has been very busy lately. Voting on the bonus payout. Deciding whether or not to lay people off. And of course, it's about time for a new CIO and they have to figure out who that will be. Busy, busy, busy!
Why do you think it will happen? Wouldn’t they shed contractors first?
