This can’t be true because there has never been a valid post here. Only mo--ns here including myself! None of you understand what is going on at XRX.
XBS - has 1 too many executive positions, that's where Xerox should be auditing. President's role is over-valued. Eliminate President position, saves Xerox ton of cash on those high salaries and bonuses. You make V.P. top position for each core/region, you have a regional CFO they work side by side with, that can report forecasts and financials to Xerox. And V.P has a direct management team underneath them that runs day to operations and sales. Easy.
Yeah, exactly. Names weren’t mentioned but the XBSNE President’s initials were and it was taken down… as was the comment on this post that included them, too.
The XBS post was taken down after calling out regional presidents. I do not recall seeing names, only initials.
They maybe watching, but they don't own this site nor have influence over it, site mods are the ones deleting posts for rule violations.
There are some ground rules listed in the footer of the page basically saying: avoid name naming and name calling and your post will stick.
Also, I think it's ok to name c-suits/other public figures, but not ok to name your colleagues/middle managers. Ok to criticize someone's work, not ok to bash someone's looks.
It's an anon forum, wouldn't be fair if anyone could anonymously name and shame everyone else.

Depends what your definition of valid is. If it’s an ex- crybaby post that was deleted…nobody cares anymore. Those days are done.
