So we are getting lots of emails about claims specialist moving up to TM roles, but what happened to all the TMs that got replaced? What’s the plan to replace these specialist that are leaving?

My favorite middle management statement.... "This job is not for everyone" as in - overworking, underpaying, and holding staff accountable for unreachable metrics under unprecedented claims inventory... Yeah you're right. LOL
I am currently deprogramming myself after working in this cult for 4 years. Save yourselves!

Between the shady attorney network and surveillance systems and service process. No systems or ET management should have got any bonus or raises. Opposite at groupie farm. Policyholders are tired did the mess and rhetoric. And deception. Systematic and procedural deceit. At all levels. Risk management at its worst.

You know very well that it’s going to take at least 5-6 months for the hiring and transiting processes before the new CS’s hit the floor and even then they would be able to contribute.
Buckle up.

SF has hired 16,000+ new employees and around 1000+ new TMs to manage those hired .....scheduled for another 3-4K more this year. Separation rate is about 35-40% within the first 12 months. SF will not grow it's way out of record loss problem. They have never fixed the core problems at State Farm.... Agency Expense, horrible systems/no automation, id--tic pricing models, lunatic leadership, and MT and his minions have robbed SF blind with $24.5 million dollar bonuses! Layoff are next!

I don’t think there is a plan. No one wants those jobs. New people aren’t sticking it out past training. They have CAT reps filling in the gaps.
