Yes. End of year double digit raise for everyone and big bonus.
This is why Intel is doomed. Listening skills are zero. This has been explained over and over internally, yet you ask it here? Go search on circuit and answer it for yourself.
If the company is doing poorly why would employees expect an increase in compensation? The output of the company is a direct reflection of the input of the employees. This site alone provides evidence that a lot of employees aren't working to their full potential and almost no one accepts responsibility for their own role in the company. You will likely get more than you deserve even if you get nothing at all.
You'll get some RSUs, which will be worthless by the time they vest.
If you want more money go somewhere else. Have you resolved yourself to only be employed at intel? Good grief, surely you can do better!
If you want a salary raise, you’re gonna have to go get it elsewhere. The quickest way to get a promotion is to jump ship and jump ship quick!
No raise. RSU is 1/2 comparing to last year.
