Why would anyone still work here? Do you want to go down with the ship? Every day spent at this failing company makes you less valuable.
What good leader is going to come to Riverbed? The company is failing - you can only live on junk bonds post-bankruptsy for so long - good leaders go to good companies; leaders without options will accept a job at a failing company and either hope things turn around or simply milk some salary on the company's way down.
Going to go? No, they are going out of business as we speak. Declining revenues. Massive customer losses. High attrition. Only thing that could be worse is they have all their cash at SVB........
Riverbed is going to go out of business if they don’t develop some relevant and useful tech. Use your experience as a stepping stone to a better place.
