It’s not question on if, it’s a question on when…… NatGen desk est team “NEST”, no need for them, AllPune will take car of all the photo app auto claims, just like they do at Allsnake. Same with many more claims functions & depts. Then time to guy the agency support staff, that’s all going to vendors just like Allsnake….. Writing is on the wall………. You have been warned………..

Allstate laid off people in ANI & Allstate India this year already in IT, so nothing is off the table I suppose.
With the horrible leadership at the top- it will also fail.
The VP levels have told everyone in town halls and meetings that TG is going to happen faster faster as we can’t delay anymore. This will help with reducing costs; aka layoffs. There are tens of thousands of very bright well spoken Indian nationals just waiting to work for Allstate. If you are riding the wave waiting for severance you may get your wish this year. The company quarter by quarter is losing customers. You can’t afford to pay Americans under this trend when you can get an educated Indian to do it and save 66%. Wake up and smell the curry.

Yes they do but not ALL.
They can not handle all states due to license restrictions. Allstate also uses Mitchell on demand for estimating a large portion of those claims.
