Wonder if TK the poster child for SVB cheerleading will own this or blame others . Maybe less dancing and more working would be good for #bankontech . Wonder if oneCT will mean TK will offer up her job or someone else’s job.

At least they got the concept of a sprint right. Agile is a label for doing things fast and sloppy at the bank. As long as the paperwork in JIRA, ServiceNow paperwork is being updated to show progress, it doesn't matter how we get to the end result.
I wish we could be like the city of Chicago and reverse the flow of the river to change the way sh_t flows.
These clowns have no real leadership capabilities. Everything they know is talk, talk , talk for hours and write 30 page document with procedures hard to follow. No execution strategy or follow up. Agile is suppose to be iteration methodology but wellsfargo adopted it as do it all in one sprint with no thinking. Management strategy is a take a decision and let it run through ( who cares if fails) and create chaos like this. It might work in small bank or the places SVB worked before. Shoreview incident litigation is still going on and this one add up the list.
