Intc should pay no dividends.

You'd think the investors would demand the dividend be ki-led and that money be used to turn the ship around. Either they know it's too late and just want to get what they can or they're drinking the kool-aid.
Like everything in Intel, it was a compromise. Trying to find a middle ground and hedging bets with every decision is one of the reasons this company is a relict of the past.
Lots of things Intel needs to eliminate to be alive in the next decade
