Return to technologies that work and are reliable an established.
Let most consultants go and start having employee ownership of everything that matters long term.
I'll go as soon as I see VSSP.
@2uwf: You nailed it!
Look at the US Tech Support side: you will see layers and layers of managers, supervisors and analysts that really do nothing for the company, looks like fractals- repetitive layers of management that all look the same spread over several states. You could slash 80% of them and nothing would deteriorate as the the ones underneath them do all the work. If anything, things would get better with less of them. There's hardly enough techs on the field to get service fixed, installed and working, but yet you have all that management in tech support - lots working from home -that DO NOTHING that matters. Less managers, more worker bees, that's how you can save money.
The three enterprise sales RVP's and Scott Trezise - None of them can keep up with the new pace, culture and are unable to provide the leadership needed to drive change. Many of them talking the change game but deep down just holding on for a package. Wouldn't be at all bothered either if Ashley cleaned house within the Marketing and CS org either. I also agree with the previous comment re the CTO who is a roadblock.
I hope HR EVP has a realignment in the near future
The current "CTO" needs to be given a package. He should be first to be walked out, is a roadblock to their growth strategy, has no idea about security risks and is not providing fresh strategic vision to align with Kate
The entire Executive team under Story! All shouldn’t be allowed to make decisions ever again!
