Hearing rumours of more cuts in June but nothing solid as yet.
Has anyone heard anything?

the base severance is for legal reasons and protections
Yes I heard june too with little to no package.
I heard the term reevaluate for 2H from my leader.
I would expect it to happen again.
Enough with the panic po-n. It’s way too early for anyone to have a firm grasp of that, even the top decision makers. But that’s pretty typical Dell - larger cuts around end of Q4 or start of Q1, and then smaller clean up around end of Q2 or start of Q3. Been like this for years and years. It just happens to be a little bigger this time.
Just do your job to the best of your ability. Work hard, invest in yourself and growth. Balance that with an understanding of the reality of working in a large corporation, have a work life balance, and always be ready to move on due to layoff or new opportunity or whatever.
