I recall there are laws which prevent offshoring skilled work that can be performed by Americans. There is a ratio (allowed percentage). Does anyone know the publication?

And all of you would whine about how high prices would be if all work was done onshore. The lack of economic common sense on this board is rather stunning.
100% they should lose all tax breaks. Also, they should have to disclose where they service their customers so U.S. citizens can decide if they want their personal data compromised.
wont happen because those companies own your government (via lobbying and donation) and media (via advertising)
This is a real possibility and I would wholeheartedly support it! Sending service based work overseas is never to the benefit of the customer. Savings are absolutely not passed down to the customer.
