Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Hearing another round or tommorow!

Rumors? Maybe but way things going likely. HQ roles and Operations. It is as so many here are saying likely time to go. So many have given many good years to this place just to be used and tossed aside. So many dirtbag talentless snakes in leadership that there is just nothing to look forward to hearing from them. The culture is gone and not salvageable. Employee surveys? Ha they haven’t listened to their employees for many years. The best of the T-Mobile from an employee perspective is a thing of the past. Do the right thing save the company and not the stock. Boot JF and maybe even MS before they trash the customer experience. If they keep treating front line employees this way their morale and work ethic will tank. along with the stock prices. For the best place to work group at Fortune… keep digging #96 is generous and likely inaccurate! For all of you trolling and ready to pounce… are you truly safe?

I used to be embarrassed when I sharted, but when Deeanne was my secretary she was always so kind and would scrub out the stains in my tighty whiteys.

MS charges a brown sniff fee for those. He produces the gold standard for stank.

Rookie move. Just another sign of poor leadership. A quality CEO would not let himself be heard crop dusting. Instead, he would have released a silent but violent, and let some crony take the blame.

Sorry to hear about more folks getting let go today. Trust me—it’s for the best. It may not seem like it at the time, but it is.

And for those that posted all the terminations were over… Makes you wonder why they would post such things when everyone knows different.

Kind of seems like the T-Mobile asocial media at work….

You all know that many, if not all, of the SLT social media posts are done by other people, right? 😂

Wow, left two years ago and still perusing through the TMO layoff boards. Seems like you've moved on.

If we’re lucky maybe the Indian disinformation trolls will be laid off. “There will be no the layoffs. This is confirmed”. I am sorry for folks at TMO. Leaving in 2020 was the best thing for me. I enjoy worklife balance and not dealing with backstabbing and broken culture.

Yep. Just got word that people were told today job eliminated. Operations type position. So now that work will be out on managers and expecting to get the same results AND run the show. Fun times ahead. Do More With Less should replace One Team Together as a value moving forward!

I have heard from several people in operations that service deployments are a sh-t-show and full of issues once deployed. This is what happens hen you get rid of 70% of ATS (Advanced Technical Support). I just sit back and laugh.
