C1 company reviews

When I look at the posts here, CI appears to be really bad company to work for, stack rankings, culture of favoritism, bad HR policies, terrible top management, which are all true because I have experienced it first hand. My only regret is why the truth is not mentioned in Glassdoor reviews, I joined C1 based on the reviews and feel cheated. Please write a truthful review in Glassdoor and other sites so that people like me are not conned.

It’s a big company, everyone’s experience differs. Before joining, I met so many former C1 folks who told me horror stories. At the same time, I met current C1 folks who loved their job. But for me, with the right team and manager, it’s been great. It’s not perfect, I’m critical of plenty. But it works for me. Of course, for those laid off recently, and for their friends and colleagues, it’s hard not to be upset or even hate management for it because it really could have been handled so differently.

Glassdoor reviews are easily manipulated by employers forcing employees to write good reviews and demanding they provide a sceeenshot of it to verify its been done. I know because I had an employer asked me do that.

I read a 1 star glassdoor review supposedly written by a HR associate that tore them up for doing stack rankings. Apparently that person was terminated and blamed the stack rankings for creating the bad workplace that impacts HR staff too.

On Glassdoor you always filter by the lowest ratings first to see all the dirt. You don't care about the positive reviews. The low Glassdoor reviews say the same thing as here, except with Glassdoor you have to create an account and it's cumbersome and there is no ability to add comments to be interactive. Where as here you can create new topics and reply to any topic in near real time.
