Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Security analyst input - F & A all hands meeting

I busted out laughing when Fawhad said "we are not looking at any more blah blah at this time" I forgot what he called it, but transformation, or migration, or layoffs....

My point, I'm part of the team creating new alias for those rebadge employees. I said something to my manager about "glad I don't have to do this again". His reply, "You need to document the steps as this will need to become a repeatable process."

Repeatable process? Is this phase one? Sounds like it.

I mean, I'm sure this is just phase 1 but your manager wouldn't know that.

They're probably next. The blessed ones on top won't be sharing their plans with a front line leader like that

#317 freaks

Farm already has had multiple major leaks and breaches. Funny how they cover it all up with their third parties. Many insurance Gino’s yes and system breaches. Industry gone bad AWS is bad and the whole process is deceptive. No one heard a thing. While your and customer and employee data is exploited. Data broker and systems business is shady

I always document my steps. Trouble is no one reads those docs. Agile looks down on docs, but sometimes there are wiki. Always try to work your self out of a job. There's always more work to be done, that's not the issue. The problem is exec averace.

VPs are sc-m, low life, unethical, immoral, and sneaky piles of toilet flush. They spend most of their time thinking about how to trash and replace the worker instead of finding ways to appreciate their value to become more productive. They consider themselves better than anyone else and get off on their authority. Soon the seats at the table will change.

sir you if you do a good enough job documenting your steps you will become alot more replaceable , and yes this wont be the last time they do this, vps are salivating at all the money they saved thus padding their bonuses, they will do this again if they are able to
