Hey there, ISR 1 here based in APJ. Just got called in on a “catch-up” session with my ISM and SURPRISE the Country manager was inside the room together with my ISM waiting for me. I knew something bad was going to happen to me and I was right. My last reporting day will be on March.

Im based in Cherrywood sales.
I was told im safe but not confident.
People have got the notice today as well in EMEA.
In US there’s no protection. 21 years at the company and on Tuesday I was told this Friday would be my last day
Wednesday was communicated to me as the cut off day. So that should be true.
In Emea we have been told all good but a lot of crazy changes and re org.
Some making no sense.
Some are happy to have a job but moral is dead.
Takes a lot more in Europe to get rid of staff as we have more labour laws so who knows whats around the corner.
