Lumen/CenturyLink/Qwest has always been years behind. Cutting the fiber build down is the worst thing they can do, for residential. Watch for the big changes to be sales of areas, they will only keep big metro fiber.

John Legere with Tmobile was a perfect example. He had no knowledge of cellular but he knows business. He took a dying company and turned it into #1 cellular company in the US.
