does intel reduce RCG salaries as well who will join in summer as grade 8 AI/ML?

Wait, RCGs coming at grade 8 now? Even for new PhD that is inflated. Probably because no new PhD would go to Intel at G7 salary bands. If you go to Intel at this point, you are what we call book smart but not street smart.
