Instead of taking peoples jobs, why don't the big boys take a pay cut? It would hardly make any difference to them. If they are really in a bad position, why not just freeze merit increases and bonuses? This way people can keep their jobs and the company can still reduce their costs. God knows how many of my hard working colleagues lost their source of livelihood because of these evil people!
