Good luck on your next job / company. With your great attitude I'm sure any employer would do back flips to get you on board.

As usual, employees in the USA get the shaft. Lax labor laws mean easer to layoff, easier to make pay cuts, easier to discontinue benefits.

In EMEA no need to sign… only voluntary, let US to bleed

The 'What happens if I don't consent to the salary reduction?' question in the employee FAQ on circuit is a hoot - seems like there are no teeth other than a threat of other cuts in your organization - if you're in a geo where you have a choice, don't sign - force INTC to cut elsewhere. It is amusing how the FAQ uses the phrase 'collective agreement' multiple times - where INTC is so vehemently anti-union. No, this is not collective agreement, it is a unilateral action being forced down employee throats wherever 'legal'.

Depends on your country, some countries have regulations to protect employees rights.

Sign? You part of some union? There is no sign, just pure imposition. PG “asking” us to sacrifice was just false politeness. There is no ask, just less money in paychecks starting in March.

Intel management should pull its head out of its bu-t and realize that this attrition will come from disproportionately high performers.

Low performers have no options and will just take it.

Your attrition is greatly appreciated by finance. Thank you for helping Intel.

Surely they'll have to provide some incentive or noone will sign?

I would sign if there's clear terms of back payment, etc
