I was a previous MetLife employee and a grade 10 as well but Located in NC
RTO is DOA
Yes. Look for another job out of NY. NYC is a sh$!& ho-e for sure. The company will never give a raise that off sets the cost of living increases for the last 2 years. 6% year over year.
This is what really puzzles me about their latest RTO push that's coming. Let people live where it's cheap since you're cheap about salaries.
