No point to join IBM, you will get screwed. IBM no longer pays bonuses, raise are mostly none and work sucks. IBM is about to lay off 4000 people and it is only the start. IBM needs to bring down the number of employees worldwide by 50K this year to improve gross profit and make the Free Cash Flow targets through 2024. Go look somewhere else.

Let's see how much bonus IBM pays... getting a 1% for even a 2% GDP payout on a 150K to 200K, means what? It is a disgrace... not too mention most will get 0%.
