If leases aren’t renewed and it’s mainly claims in the office will people be wfh or paid off?

I’ve heard Chesapeake office lease is expiring this month. I’m not sure if they would layoff adjusters with how bad claims is already struggling
Many of the buildings in other locations have very long term leases. Plano office has a 10 year lease (not sure how many years remain on it). They should have negotiated to terminate the leases when the pandemic hit.
No leases. We own the main campuses.
