I have no insider knowledge, however it would be in line with the outsourcing of WC claims to GB to handle the runoff.
Who is the source this rumor? A competitor? Some programs are going but not entire lines.
I am thinking that the original poster made a typo....the J and the N are next to each other.
So I believe they meant NEW business.
