Also wondering about this 91-148% variance.
Do they just do flat 100% for AICP and Retirees giving the extra to high performers and current employees?

The UAWs bonus is based on North American sales (as agreed in their contract). The salaried bonus is based on Global sales (which is probably why the AICP is 148%).
Last year HR decided (with OGC) that PL should give 100% to 2021 retirees. OGC is worried of lawsuits, no need to take that risk.
Ford will find some excuse to give a huge bonus to the LL’s upper management and very little to the real workers.
Proof that lip service will get you farther than actually doing work at Ford!
Talk the talk and walk the walk.
I took a package, retired in october of 21 and received credit for the whole year. I seem to remember there was 1 sentence buried in all of the preparing to leave Ford documentation that confirmed it. I think it said something to the effect of if you take a package, you get 12 months worth. If you just retire on your own, its prorated.
That prior answer is wrong. Dec 1st retirees will get 11/12 X the BPF X AICP target X what the People Leader designates for the individual. In prior years, HR encouraged PL to give 100% to retirees. With recent push to make 80% “the new 100%”, that could change this year.
Anyone who works through October of a year is given credit for full year of service so would get a full share of the bonus. The % variance is anyone's guess as to how that will be handled.
