Our DCAI VP was asked a much more specific question in the DCAI QGS meeting. Basically, what are the metrics that we can track and what are the goals we need to reach to know when we can go back to normal. She didn't have a clear answer and she admitted it, but it's kinda sad. Pat an ELT need to take an OKR to come up with a real answer.
