Anyone who admires Jim Farley must also be a complete and utter fawk up.
I have yet to meet a single Ford employee that has said anything positive about him. Bill Ford os destroying Henry’s company. So sad that the board of directors are also so mentally challenged that they can’t see through Jim Farley’s con job.
Ford will get what they deserve.
@syo+1l0Mo7rS What list of accomplishments for JF are you referring too? Like BF who was in over his head JF is the same. Despite in his own mind he is not a product or car guy. Since he hired at Ford we lost share. BTW we are pretty much out of the car business. SO I guess he does not know what he is doing. Stop drinking the KOOL AID.
As for DF. Look at his resume. Guy never stayed anywhere for more than 3-5 years. RED FLAG.

While I admire Jim Farley and his accomplishments, it is Doug Field with Model e who is really carrying the company. Now and especially into the future. Stay tuned.
