Misleading employees

What I resent the most about this leadership is that they are misleading employees into thinking that everything is fine when in reality nothing is fine. Isn't that the ultimate disrespect?

More people pass away now than 3 years ago when there were no treatments. Care to explain that?
Would you also like to explain the uptake rates for the boosters? 8 out of 10 people are saying NO WAY to "saving the world." Shouldn't they be forced out of their jobs, too? If not, why not?
The people who said no to the mandate didn't do anything wrong. All they did is make their own decision, for whatever their reasons. And for that, they had to be treated like dirt, losing careers, friends and family relationships.
No one, anywhere, has acknowledged this wrong, let alone apologized and tried to make up for it.
In light of this, do you expect them to EVER forget about that, and just turn the page and move on? Especially now that they have been proven correct?

You guys need to lay off the vaccine mandate already. If you were truly dedicated employees. You would have gotten the vaccine which has done nothing but saved the world. Think about your coworkers who may have suffered a loss due to this illness way before a vaccine was invented. Do you think that person deserves the disrespect you guys spew every fu----g minute?!?

I think leveraging a pandemic and firing people for refusing to take an unproven medicine that doesn't work is quite a bit more disrespectful.
But then failing to acknowledge their errors and the damage that's been done, while desperately hoping mortality rates decline and that this all goes away, is even more disrespectful.
If you want to make millions, buy into therapy practices and li---r stores wherever the leaders of the company live.
