Another departure from the CSBB audit team. This time a director only there for a year and a half. You have a managing director that is pregnant and will be out on leave. A recently promoted director out on leave. What is going on with management in that team that so many are finding an out?

But to answer your question it's a mess, no one truly knows what's going on, there is zero direction or consistency between audits. Everyone is trying to leave (including me) because there's no support from management, no direction, and only former USAA teammates get support or promotion. No one knows what most senior audit managers do daily, audit managers are either under trained or overtrained, and general staff are just trying to survive through the waves of daily indecision and misdirection. I feel bad for our clients.
