People not being held accountable for they're work. Walking off and going home, leaving deliveries. No one being reprimanded. Notes not being followed. Supervisors passing the buck and not confronting issues. People being promoted that aren't ready and kept quiet just sitting on territories waiting to take places when we go through the phase. If you're not in the in circle, you get no help. Its really sad. In ten years this is just chaos...if you're a good rep or hard worker, more is expected. If you're a loser, nothing is expected. I feel like im in the twilight zone! I love my stores and store employee's. I love what i do, but in the last 3-6 months everyone has changed. People are getting away with stuff that i would have been terminated for. Getting thrown out of a store is acceptable now! Unbelievable!!!!!

I think the sales rep position will go away since there are now so many full time order writers and extra rms’s now. The territories will eventually be micro managed by the ftow and the rms.
That seems to be the the norm now for those of us that started mission 1 a few months ago here in the Washington DC region is just a bad. As a rep don't you dare say anything bad about a merch in there workload is dumped on you and than your told you have to re train them after you've already trained them 3 times!!!!!! And the new rms that's supposed to be his job to train refuses to come out and train there not even having the new guys watch the videos on how to build the displays they put whatever on the displays. Sh-t is unreal.
Under the new structure their will be total collapse because we have so many bad merchandisers. The new sales rep. Will be selling as many displays possible and the new merchandiser won’t be able to complete the bare minimum which is keeping the shelves full and creating reliable customer service. I’m not saying it won’t work on a few territories but the vast majority will fail. In the end, the sales rep. will become the mute point. It really shows you how bad our leadership is….the last Nail in the coffin is about to be driven. Haven’t you heard, Texas does everything bigger.
Yup, when you get thrown out of a store the company is to investigate but the initial policy was termination. It is another tool for our management to decide on who they want to keep vs let go. Texas leadership has always had issues….the people up top have ZERO respect for the sales reps. The sales reps. have zero respect for the people up top….it’s all about mgmt. diversity baby…without much credentials of course. If your a “yes mam” then your a shoe in! The women in the field work their as--s off…the women in mgmt. work 4 hours a day while the other 4 hours are spent on hair/makeup and brown nosing. GPS for management? I’m in favor. There is a total disconnect between leadership and sales force..without a doubt.
I've worked here long enough to have witnessed first hand employees terminated for getting kicked out of a store.
About 5 years ago was the first time we had an absolute id--t of an employee get kicked out of a store, and he did not get terminated.
I knew then that was the beginning of the end, and here we are today.
If you are thrown out of a store it is company policy to investigate and if the store is justified and you cannot get back in you are to be terminated. We've had arrogant reps that have been thrown out and not been terminated, they had the merchandiser write the orders. That's the type of BS this company tries to pass. wrong!
Getting thrown out of a store should be grounds for termination.
I literally could have written that myself, right down to the verbiage. People who know me probably think I wrote that!

Throw in no rotation, displays not getting built, my phone and text blowing up everyday from stores complaining about all of this.
