In reality, it is millionaire executives vs employees who are just trying to survive and beat inflation.
Sap should let go employees in Germany and hire in India .India can easily do what Germany does for cheaper . It is too heavy in Germany . We need only a barebones team in Germany .

Company don't like an employee anymore and it's not his/her fault then let's make a deal, shake hands and go our separate ways.
