The managers wonder why morale is low, they wonder why people don't care anymore.
They don't take care of the people that shows up to work and when they do punish the ones that calls in all the time, some how it ends up being everyone included at the buffet.
Short handed, no communication, no help, and no rewards for hard work beside a paycheck.

remember , your sick days are actually holiday's, use up as many as you can and always remember to get better before you go back.
And learn some grammar while you're at it, particularly when to use singular and plural forms.
If they're not going to give out raises, they're adding to my workload without promoting me, and they're going to claw back benefits, I'm going to give myself a few extra vacation days to make up for it.

How about you learn to stay in your lane, do the absolute bare minimum needed to keep your supervisor off your back, and go home?
Come to realize that it's someone's job to performance-manage them, but it sure ain't yours.
Just quiet quit and continue collect your monthly pay check. Leave the answering to those JG16+
