the good sales reps at Comcast won't be looking at this board to give you advice. the ones who are worried about being laid off or moved to another department will respond most likely that Comcast b2b sales whether SMB or Enterprise are not easy to hit quota and get paid OTE; like most sales jobs, that's why there is highest turnover among job titles. Most sales orgs are very similar, 20% of the reps account for 80% of the monthly/quarterly sales.
Culture: when you are selling everyone is your friend, if you are consistently below quota, you got a target on your back.
Hours: 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH, no set start time if you do a customer site visit first thing in the morning; also depends on your sales manager whether you start your day at the office or not.

@ay I was a B2B rep for a 3rd party company in wireless. What services get the most payout here? How is training?

Depends on your background. What did you do just prior to applying at Comcast. Do you have b2b experience in telco/cable/isp/saas? I just know, and it is well documented, that if you are coming from ILEC SMB sales, you will most likely fail and end up quitting or getting fired in less than 12 months, or 18 months if you can hide. If you hustled at your last b2b job, or were a mobility star (gross new adds, and mobility apps add ons), you should do very well here at Comcast. culture and hours is very similar to telco/isp/saas b2b sales....it's not how many hours you put in....it's what you do with your prospecting and networking time that will lead to closing appointments. it will be a grind, but if you can learn all the skills necessary to be a good salesperson, you'll succeed.
