Do you think there is a legitimacy in hiring for some positions specially in tech. Or is it all about knowing the hiring manager and then you are hired. Just so sick of all this non sense.

Hiring doesn't depend on how good your skillset but it depends on which A0's you know, A0's kith and kin are all working in fidelity. A0 are usually of a particular race.
If you do not know the hiring manager, you are pi----g into the wind and wasting your time.
Hiring decisions are solely determined by whether or not you are Indian.
